North Cowichan Civic Building Wins Best Overall Entry at Commercial Building Awards
KMBR is honored to be the recipient of the Vancouver Island Commercial Building Award of Excellence in the Community Institutional category for the North Cowichan Civic Building, and Award for Best Overall Entry from all categories for 2025!
This achievement reflects the collective effort of everyone involved in creating a facility that fosters modern-day community-based policing and first-response services. This highly sustainable project is Net Zero by design and was completed $1.7million under budget.
