Sustainability
Sustainability is part of the day-to-day operations at KMBR. Guided by a comprehensive internal sustainability program, as well as environmental responsibility, we have policies in place regarding environmental preferable purchasing, reducing waste, employee wellness, and transportation systems. Not only do we hold ourselves to a higher standard, we encourage our clients to adopt sustainable building design and construction methods.

We have team members who are certified LEED professionals, and experts who have designed projects that are net-zero ready. Our team also works extensively with wood frame buildings and incorporates BC-based wood materials into building design wherever possible.
