The Point

This 20-storey concrete high rise tower located in the historic downtown core of New Westminster has panoramic views to the Fraser River. The City of New Westminster bylaws for Heritage Density Transfer and Live/Work Studios was met by this development combining commercial and residential area. This includes 4 separate luxury townhouse units with large private outdoor and patio areas and four levels of underground parking. The site required extensive landscaping as well.
