This 20-storey concrete high rise tower located in the historic downtown core of New Westminster has panoramic views to the Fraser River. The newly issued City of New Westminster bylaws for Heritage Density Transfer and Live/Work Studios were met by combining commercial and residential areas. This includes four separate luxury townhouse units with large private outdoor and patio areas, and four levels of underground parking.
