This project consists of five four-storey condominium buildings for a total of approximately 200 units over approximately 200,000 sf. in Fernie, BC. The proposed buildings are to be wood framed construction on a reinforced concrete foundation with one or more levels of underground parking. Unit plans are to be developed that strive to maximize the efficiency of these building systems to economize on the structure.
