Sunshine Coast Lions Seniors’ Housing

The Sunshine Coast Lions Society intends to construct a new housing complex on its existing site, located at 5583 Ocean Avenue, in the town of Sechelt. The site is currently occupied by four 30-year old buildings that will be demolished.

The complex will consist of 102 units of low-cost independent living seniors apartments with common social and amenity areas. The units will be modest and efficient, while ensuring a high standard of quality and building longevity. The design will be compatible with the newer apartment buildings on an adjacent site.
