This two-story multi-use civic landmark building contains the municipality’s administrative offices, law courts, offices of the Attorney General, as well as Probation Services, and underground parking for 36 vehicles. The site was planned and developed in conjunction with the adjacent civic park, and thus this building has become a major focal point for the community.

The building is designed to a high level of sustainability and includes a geothermal system, daylighting strategies, and natural materials to enhance indoor quality. The use of wood adds warmth to this innovative modern design.
