Rosedale Traditional Community School

In December 2008 School District #33 and the Ministry of Education entered into Project Agreements to consolidate the Rosedale Elementary School and Rosedale Traditional Middle School in a new Elementary/Middle School on the existing Rosedale Traditional Middle School Site. The result was a design-build competition of which KMBR was the winning proponent. The new Rosedale Elementary-Middle School accommodates 450 student (300 students grades 7-9 and 150 students grades 1-6, plus 120 kindergarten (3 classrooms). Rosedale Elementary-Middle School is designed and registered to achieve LEED® Gold certification.
