Gleneagles Golf Clubhouse Addition and Renovation

The primary concern of this project was to save the original Great Hall and revitalize it into a functional community centre to serve the members of the Glen Eagles Golf Course Club. Located at the centre of the golf course, the new Gleneagles Golf Course Club House & Banquet Hall affords sweeping views through the sixth fairway, to the ocean at Larson Bay. The addition features a new wing with a bistro restaurant and lounge, and a golf pro-shop. The Clubhouse's gracious new entrance and lobby provides a comfortable new mingling space for visitors.

In the spirit of sustainable practice the district, builder and design team have undertaken a resourceful and practical approach to the renovation and addition of the Gleneagles Golf Facility. The design team and Tamlin Homes Int’l evaluated the condition of the existing structures and conducted an inventory of re-claimed building materials that were re-used extensively in the construction of the new building.
