Eagle Harbour Yacht Club

Eagle Harbour is a 120 member yacht club in West Vancouver. The original clubhouse was damaged by flooding at high tides pushed by winter winds. The entire structure was rotting and becoming unsafe. The new clubhouse, located over the water, makes use of the existing concrete piers and required special permission (Development Permit) from the Municipality and Fisheries Canada. The main hall utilizes heavy timber trusses, cedar siding, and a wood roof deck creating warmth, protected by pre-finished metal roofing.
