In 2007 Boyne Resorts Inc., of Boyne Falls MI, commissioned KMBR Architects Planners Inc to provide architectural and prime consultant services for the new 44,000sf day lodge at Cypress Mountain base village. The new day lodge is designed to utilize a pre-fabricated construction method of heavy timber post and beam, with pre-fabricated insulated exterior infill wall panels manufactured by Normerica Building Systems.
