BCNU Education Centre Expansion and Addition

The B.C. Nurses Union, located at 4060 Regent Street, serves 32,000 members who work and live in all corners of the Province. We designed and constructed the original Union Building which was completed in 1999.  Since then, BCNU has grown in numbers and in the services it provides to its members. This project has been designed to meet the requirements of the City of Burnaby's extended rezoning and approval process.

The additional space is comprised of:

• Two floors of meeting/seminar rooms;
• Two floors of offices;
• Large board room;
• Additional two level underground parking;
• Extension of the lunch, exercise, copy and mail rooms;
• Internal renovations to existing building.
