Rosedale Traditional Community School
The client’s primary objective for this project was to consolidate the Rosedale Elementary School and Rosedale Traditional Middle School in a new Elementary-Middle School on the existing Rosedale Traditional Middle School site. The result was a design-build competition of which KMBR was the winning proponent. The new Rosedale Elementary-Middle School accommodates 450 students (300 students grades 7-9 and 150 students grades 1-6, plus 120 kindergarten). This project is LEED® Gold Certified.
